1 - Big Scoop of Protein Powder (*I’ve been implementing Sun Warrior unsweetened original)
2 Big Scoops Peanut Butter (you can sub for almond)
5-6 Ice Cubes
Dash of Himalayan Pink Salt
Top w/ Cacao Nibs + Hemp Seeds
For those who worry about packing in enough protein each day, this is the perfect jump start for your AM.
So let’s break this puppy down...
To start off we have around 40.6g’s of protein...how?
Sunwarrior Protein Powder: 1 scoop gets us to 19g’s (1.5 will get you to 28)
Peanut Butter: 4g’s per table spoon so we are looking at 8g’s here
Cacao and Banana: Oddly enough have one gram a piece so we are at 3g’s
Hemp Seeds: These little babies are freaking packed, 1 tablespoon is 5.3g’s totaling at 10.6g’s
So what the efff is Cacao??
Cacao is the bean in which chocolate is derived from. It is:
High in antioxidants about 40x as much as blueberries (aiding in combat of free radicals)
Full of iorn
High in calcium/ magnesium giving you elevated energy levels and fighting fatigue.
Contains anandamide (a mood booster)
Anddd with it's natural serotonin inhibiting properties, it will work in hormone regulation and mood stabilization.
Next up is the omega:
We are getting a good dose of 3’s and 6’s here which are mucho beneficial for optimal brain function. Omega 3’s are something our bodies do not naturally produce. They are highly concentrated in our brains and are shown to be of importance for cognition. More specifically brain memory, performance and behavioral function. High in the good fats EPA and DHA.

Banana: High in fiber, potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin and B6. Potassium, helps to regulate heartbeat, blood pressure and keep the brain alert.
