Beet Root Nice Cream


  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • 4 Dates
  • 1 Scoop of Dope Naturally (Beetroot powder)

Top with:

  • Maple syrup :) 

Throw it all in the blender then eat!

Beetroot is full of vitamins, A, B6 and C, antioxidants, magnesium, iron, folate, potassium, iron, calcium, protein, and fiber.  So how is that benefiting me?  Beetroot is known to improve blood flow, when this happens it is then pumping all those nutrients as well as oxygen throughout your body.  Instant rushhh, pretty cool huh?

This recipe is super easy.  The taste is very Cas, down to the ingredients, no bs added.  Very earthy, very raw.  You will get a dose of nutrients and thus energy to set your day or mid-day up !
