AM Warm-up: Get your morning right

Let's walk through my AM...

I start the day with a lemon water on steroids. 

  • 12 cup hot water
  • .5 lemon (fresh squeezed)
  • 2t molasses 
  • 2t ashwagandha
  • 1oz apple cider vinegar 

 

Here’s the breakdown:

Hot water and lemon will be a nice ease for the digestive system. Lemon is also super anti inflammatory. The molasses is a good source of iron, potassium, magnesium and b6. This won’t only give you a great boost of minerals but these in particular help with skin, hair and nails. 

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that aids the body in its response to stress which is super important. The apple cider vinegar is a personal favorite offering support in digestion and can also promote weight loss.

AM Warm-up
